The latest in therapy to help keep breast-feeding comfortable and productive is this THERA°PEARL® technology pack, so called because the specially anatomically shaped, flexible gel packs, each with its own soft fabric cover, can be used cold, or heated in a microwave or water to be warm or hot. The inside of each petal-shaped contoured pad contains tiny gel-like pearls that help it shape itself to the breast, whatever size or shape. Once heated or cooled, they have the property of maintaining their temperature for at least 20 minutes. Moms like to use these pads cold to relieve engorgement, swelling or pain; they can help with the sudden pain suddenly felt after nursing. Used hot they can relieve the discomfort caused by mastitis or plugged ducts - the gel pack feels comfortable against the skin, and helps stimulate the flow of milk. They can also be used warm/hot to help with expressing milk with a breast pump. A very versatile product, perfect as a gift for the new mother!

- Contents: Two anatomical gel packs; two soft, non-irritating cloth covers
- Composition: Thermo pearls in super-absorbant polymer that is free of BPA , pthalates or latex.

- Use hot: place the Thera°Pearl® in hot water (39°) or in the microwave oven for 15 seconds, together with the cloth cover. Heat at intervals of 5 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. They can also be warmed up in hot water
- Use cold: place the gel packs in the freezer for 2 hours, then put in the cloth cover before use
- Warnings: Always check the temperature before applying Thera°Pearl® on the skin or breast pump. Using at too high a temperature or prolonged application could cause injury. Do not place on sensitive or damaged skin. Do not open the heat pad with excessive force, and do not ingest the contents. Do not fall asleep while using Thera°Pearl®.
- Maintenance: Hand wash with a mild soap.
