This lovely Happy Raglan Top by Frugi is made from 100% organic cotton making it both warm and soft, super comfortable on the skin and naturally breathable and therefore suitable all year around. The top features a fun front panda applique that makes it absolutely irresistible and has snaps at the back for a quick and easy change. Don't forget to give the panda a tickle behind one of his flappy ears!
