Ideal towards the end of pregnancy and throughout breastfeeding, Holle’s Organic Nursing Tea has many good properties. Useful to compensate fluid balance, it supports lactation and has a calming effect on breast milk in the infant. Refreshing and tasty, suitable for abundant use, even 3-6 cups daily.
Its herbal mix includes aniseed, fennel caraway, lemon balm, all from biodynamic and organic farming.
