Becothings, the UK company, have put a lot of research into designing eco-friendly products, and have come up with the first biodegradable baby feeding dishes, namely the Beco Feeding Set. Comprising a practical and attractive plate, bowl and cup, the sets come in beautiful shades of blue, pink and green – why not invest in all three and mix and match the colours! All the dishes are made of a new material that is manufactured out of natural plant fibres of rice and bamboo, and are therefore a welcome substitute for plastic. They will give many years of use, but when no longer needed, they can be simply put into the garden where they will decompose into very good fertilizer!

- Materials: Biodegradable natural plant fibre (risk husks: byproducts of rice production that are usually discarded); bamboo waste fibre: surplus to plants that are cultivated without pesticides or toxic fertilizers.
