- If you already know your underband and bra measurement go directly to the table in step 3, find the right size to order, select it from the drop down menu on the product page.
- If you do not know your underbra and bra measurement, follow the simple steps below and then select your size in the dropdown menu on the product page.

Measure the underband
- Put your feet straight and possibly in front of a mirror. Wear only a non-padded bra where you are comfortable (it is not too loose or too tight).
- With a measuring tape measure your rib cage just below the breast. Make sure the meter is positioned well fitting close to chest and back (the meter should not move or slip). The meter must be equal front and back flat (do not cross).
- Take the measurement in centimeters and is a length equivalent to your Underband in the table below.
For example if your underbra measures 80 cm, you will be a Italian size 3 (or 36 UK).
Measure the Cup Size
- Now measure your breasts around to find the right cup.
- Measuring with a measuring tape around the rib cage at than the widest part of the breast (do not overtighten the meter). Make sure the meter is flat, is not crossed and is on the same front and back.
- Take the measurement in centimeters you will be using to find your cup.
For example, your breasts will measure around 96 cm.
Find your size to order in the table below
- Now Find your underband size (you found in step 1) in the first column of the table below.
- Then move horizontally in the table and look for the size of your breasts around (you found in step 2) between the lines of the second column that match your size underband (highlighted in the same color).
- On the same line you will find your cup in the third column and finally in the fourth and fifth columns you will find the bra size to order.
For example if your underband is an Italian size 3/36 UK, and your breast size is around 96 cm, the size to order will be a 36 C (and 36D / DD for Second Skin bras).
Wearability and Tips
- If you are measuring to order a bra for breast-feeding while you are near the end of pregnancy, you must keep in mind that there will be a swelling of the breasts usually during the first weeks of breast-feeding of at least a measure cup, so order a bra of a larger measuring cup.
