Beby Bell Anti-Abandonment Device for car seat is an on-board child alert system that reminds parents to take it out of the car as soon as the engine is turned off. It works with and without a smartphone, it is composed of a wireless weight sensor to be placed under the seat padding and an acoustic and visual display to be inserted in the cigarette lighter socket of the car.
When the car is turned on, the Baby Bell display turns green.
Beby Bell Anti-Abandonment Device for Car Seat has two functions: when the car is switched off, Baby Bell immediately emits an audible alarm, the display turns red and flashes to warn the driver that the child is still in the seat; while during the journey: if the child is not seated correctly in the Baby Bell seat, it emits 3 alarm BEEPS and the display turns red.
By downloading the Baby Bell app, you can receive alerts on your mobile. The smartphone connects to the display’s USB socket with its own power cord. When the car is off, it will indicate the presence of the child. If baby is not removed from the seat within a few minutes, three preset mobile numbers will receive an alert message with the car’s position.
Conceived in accordance with the principle of the law 117 10/01/2018, it prevents abandonment: the alert function is activated as soon as the car is turned off and helps to remember that the child is still in the seat.
