Come misurare giroseno e girofianchi
Prendi la misura stando dritta in piedi e rilassata, possibilmente con indosso solo la biancheria intima. Non tirare il metro troppo stretto. Fai attenzione che il metro sia piatto, non sia incrociato e sia in pari davanti e dietro.
