They can be used for physical exercises, thanks to which you can develop balance, as an adjustable stool when stacked, as storage and in many other ways, both individually and stacked. - Be careful when balancing! On slippery floors, jerky movements can cause the Stapelstein® elements to slide. A carpet or some kind of yoga mat prevent the elements from sliding.
