These inserts have 4 layers: two layers of microfiber, and two layers of hemp fleece composed of 55% hemp, 45% cotton. A great combo: microfiber absorbs quickly and hemp can hold larger quantities of liquid!

- How to use it: pocket version diaper: slip in 1 or 2 washable inserts in the internal pocket. 2 inserts are recommended for night time, longer outings or heavier wetter. All in One diaper: put 1 or 2 inserts in contact with baby's skin or 1 inside the pocket and 1 in direct contact with skin. Hybrid version diaper: put 1 disposable insert in direct contact with baby's skin. For more comfort or absorbency add one washable insert inside the pocket.

Care: Machine wash cold or warm wash to a maximum of 40°. Use Charlie Banana laundry soap or another eco-friendly detergent, only half of the recommended amount is needed. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Do not iron. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not use any ointment, cream, or diaper rash cream: this will keep your inserts' absorption to its maximum performance. You can use them only if you put a liner on top of the insert.
