The Evi Removable Mattress - 200x90x14 cm - Anti-Dust Mite and Hypoallergenic is designed to offer safe, comfortable, and hygienic rest, ideal for those seeking maximum protection against dust mites and allergens. Thanks to the special patented fabric treatment, dust mites are eliminated and their proliferation is prevented, ensuring a healthy and protected environment during sleep.
The outer cover is made of quilted stretch jersey fabric, with a diamond-shaped 3D design that combines resistance, elegance, and comfort to the touch. The Sanitized® treatment ensures effective dust mite and antibacterial protection, keeping the mattress fresh and hygienic over time.
Inside, the thermally bonded polyester fiber plate ensures breathability, balanced support, and durability, adapting anatomically to the body to promote correct posture and reduce pressure points. The structure ensures the right level of firmness for optimal rest, avoiding pressure and joint tension.
The cover is removable and washable, with a practical opening on 3 sides via a zipper, for simple and hygienic maintenance. - Materials: The bed frame is made of pine wood and the slats are made of birch plywood with a thickness of 15 mm. We have chosen particularly strong bolts to ensure that the Evi Bed remains solid and reliable over the years.

- The Kit Includes: bed base, 5 side rails (headboard, footboard, two side rails, and a fall protection rail on the access side), frame with house-shaped roof, slats, and legs for a single bed.
- The bed base lifts off the ground without additional feet to avoid weak points. It is mounted at a height of 3.5 cm in Montessori version (to allow air circulation) and at a height of 23 cm in single bed version.
- The protective side rails allow the use of mattresses up to 19 cm thick, making the bed comfortable even for adults.

- To use the drawer as a storage container: install the dedicated perforated panels to create a closed and protected but ventilated space, insert the necessary items, and slide the drawer under the bed. Thanks to the wheels, the movement will be smooth and effortless.
- To transform it into a pull-out bed: remove the storage panels, insert the slats into the appropriate frame, add the Evi Aloe Vera Mattress 195 x 90 x 11 cm or any 190 x 90 cm mattress (maximum height 15 cm), and the bed is ready for use.
- Supervision: Always supervise when used by a child in bed mode. Although the floor-level design reduces the risk of falls, supervision is still necessary.

- Proper assembly: Ensure all parts are securely assembled according to the instructions. Periodically check that screws are tightly fastened. We recommend an annual inspection of all joints.
- Appropriate use: Do not use as a climbing or play surface. Do not sit or jump on the drawer when it is empty or in storage configuration.
- Edges and surfaces: Check for sharp edges, splinters, or damaged parts. Do not use the bed if damaged.
- Use only on flat, obstacle-free surfaces.

Cleaning: Routine maintenance is very simple: just use a damp sponge, without detergents, to gently clean the surfaces. We also recommend regularly cleaning the slats and the area under the mattress.
For a more thorough cleaning and maintenance, you can use fine sandpaper (grain 180 or 220) on areas that require it. The wood of Evi is untreated with varnish and can always be renewed with sandpaper. - Safety: For Montessori-style beds, there is no specific European regulation, so we have applied the general safety principles valid for children's furniture. In addition, Evi meets the safety, strength, and durability requirements specified by the European standard UNI EN 1725.
