1. What does equity crowdfunding mean?
Equity means that you end up owning a share of the business you invest in.
2. What do you get when you invest?
When you invest in Family Nation on the Mamacrowd platform you are buying a share of the business.
3. Who can invest?
Investing is open to anyone - both professional investors and individuals. It is easy to do - via the Mamacrowd platform. There are 3 steps to follow:
1) Register for an Italian Codice Fiscale (if you don't have one) - see below - takes 2-3 days.
2) On 17 October click on the Family Nation on Mamacrowd and click on "Investi", complete registration, enter how much you would like to invest, and other details (we will send you a easy step by step guide before the 17th).
3) Make the bank transfer for the amout you invested. (You can make this immediately, or within 14 days, if you wait longer than 14 days, then if the offer is oversubscribed, then others who completed their payment ahead of you have preference.)
4. Sono previste agevolazioni per chi investe?
