Soothing and natural these Warm/Cool Relief pads by Swedish nursing specialist Boob design are placed inside the bra to comfort sore breasts during both nursing and weaning. Made in 100% certified organic cotton and filled with natural flax seed for minimum risk of allergies and intolerances. They can be used hot or cold. Cool in the freezer and use to soothe and heal tender or swollen breasts, or help relieve blocked ducts. Or warm up in microwave or oven to warm up your breast before nursing, stimulate milk flow and prevent blocked ducts. The pads also aid in the healing of infection and mastitis. Warm/Cool Relief pads are sold in 2-packs, and have a soft, washable cover.

- Warm in the microwave for 20-40 seconds, or in a pre-heated oven (lowest temperature) for 10-15 minutes, to warm up your breast before nursing, stimulate milk flow and prevent blocked ducts (always check temperature first)
