Snurk was born from a charity project devised by Peggy in 2007. She designed a duvet cover and a mattress cover with a fantasy of newspapers and sidewalk. Most profits of these two special designs went to a charity organization supporting homeless youngsters in the Netherlands: 'Stichting Zwerfjongeren Nederland'. Since then Peggy has decided to make her work "bedding" and together with her husband they founded Snurk. Now everyone in the Netherlands sleep in their sheets.
